Prime Contracting

Rand serves as a prime contractor on many projects and is well experienced in working directly with the owner to scope and implement multi-disciplinary projects. We have the in- house ability to self-perform a high percentage of projects and are very adept at coordinating subcontractors and specialty contractors on highly complex projects. Our unique combination of self- perform capabilities and general contracting expertise make us very competitive in prime contracting projects.
