Village West Hospital

This construction project consisted of a new, from the ground up, stand-alone single story hospital with inpatient, diagnostic imaging, and emergency services. Rand performed the mechanical and plumbing scope of work which included the installation of heating and cooling systems, steam generation systems, medical gases and equipment, plumbing equipment and fixtures, mechanical and plumbing insulation, as well as testing, adjusting, and balancing of all systems.

From the start of the underground plumbing rough-in to the completion of testing / adjusting / balancing / and commissioning, this project was completed in less than 7 months.
