This construction project consisted of a new from the ground- up, stand-alone single story micro-hospital for St. Luke’s Health System with inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic imaging, trauma, pre-op, post-op, surgery rooms, decontamination and emergency services. Rand Construction Company performed the complete installation of the Plumbing and Medical Gas systems, Plumbing Installation and site work associated with the decontamination tank and grease interceptor, which serves the kitchen/galley area for the micro-hospital.
This hospital is one of seven (7) new ground- up hospitals that Rand was awarded to construct for Embree HealthCare Group of Georgetown, Texas to house St. Luke’s faculty and patients. Rand performed the plumbing/Medical Gas installation for this hospital and Lackman Hospital. Rand was awarded the both Mechanical and Plumbing/med gas on the other micro-hospitals.
