Sidney Regional Medical Center - Extended Care

Construction of a new green space assisted living facility. Rand installed the mechanical piping, plumbing, and medical gas for this project.

The facility was 54,000 sq-ft and consisted of private and semi-private rooms totaling to 63 beds. Each room included a half bathroom. With the help of CAD software, we were able to quickly plan out the layout of these large systems with the intent to install clash free. For the building's size, 9 rooftop units, 3 energy recovery units, and a snow melt boiler systems were installed.
