A ground up, green space, 2-story hospital and clinic. Rand was responsible for the coordination of mechanical piping and equipment, HVAC duct, plumbing piping, and heavy medical gas piping and equipment.

This 175,000 square foot project is suited for 30 rooms specialized for physicians, dietary, lab, radiology, PT with hydrotherapy, and wound care. In addition there is 1-story space with an emergency and surgery department with 4 ORs, 2 procedure rooms, and over 25 inpatient beds.

This project shows how Rand Construction can coordinate with other trades on fast paced large projects.
