Chillers

Rand Construction's service group is well versed in providing all of your chiller needs. Rand can provide tube cleaning, oil analysis with report Eddy current testing, as well as motor winding insulation test and report. Rand will service all chillers from the small building comfort chillers to large industrial plant chillers.

Service is provided in the following areas:

• Meg-ohm compressor motor windings to test for insulation breakdown. Report findings for each. This service is critical to prevent premature compressor failure.
• Oil analysis we will draw an oil sample from each chiller circuit and send it out to an independent lab to generate a detailed report for your records and a list of corrective actions, if any.
• Brush tubes on water coded chillers and clean coils on air cooled.
• We use a water fed rotary brush machine to clean chiller tubes
• Eddy-current tube testing when needed for insurance or as routine check
• We will test all safeties and electrical controls
• Run and load test system and evaluate charge and adjust as needed.
