Safety Director
The Safety Director for Rand Construction, Aaron Beisly, is responsible for the safety department and the supervision of onsite safety for all construction projects.

Employee Training
It is Rand's policy to individualize its safety direction and training around each project and each client.

Required safety training and
practices include:
- First Aid/CPR/AED
- Minimum of 10 hours OSHA training
- Regular safety training and meetings are conducted throughout the year.
- A safety hazardous awareness form is completed each day to ensure that all employees are aware of any safety hazards for the work being performed.
- The Site Supervisor holds a weekly Tool Box Talk over a variety of job related exposure topics.
- Monthly training on OSHA topics
- Weekly or bi-weekly site audit is performed by Safety Director
- Monthly Safety Committee meeting attended by one member from each union trade, the Safety Director, and upper management staff.
- A 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Regulation book is issued to all employees, and each foreman receives a packet containing a safety manual and safety procedures.
