Scope of Work: This project included the installation of a 12" by-pass line approximately 350' in length and at points elevated as high as 25' above ground. As the Mechanical Prime Contractor, Rand was responsible for an entire turn key project including all foundations, supports, and electrical. All work performed per requirements of DOT which has jurisdiction of any work done on a pipeline
