Scope of Work: This project was done on T &M and the scope sub_commerciald during the duration of the project. Initially the project was intended to investigate a moisture problem beneath / above the data centers floor on a few exterior walls. The scope of work ended up including data floor removal and replacement, abatement of mold, spray foaming the perimeter of building under data floor, cold form partition walls, drywall, painting, lettering and stenciling, masonry repairs to outside of building including removal of all caulk at each expansion joint and replacement along with tuck pointing areas that needed attention, and resealing of the brick veneer, minor HVAC sub_commercials to ductwork only, and extensive demo.
