Scope of Work: As the General Contractor, this project included a complete remodel of a Commissary while store was still in operation. An entirely new commercial refrigeration system was installed along with a complete electrical upgrade including all new lighting, new HVAC systems with all new ductwork, all new flooring installed on sales floor, and new ceiling on entire sales floor. There was also misc. general construction necessary to accommodate the new systems installed.
