Design/Build

Rand Construction Company has performed design/build projects for industrial, commercial and governmental customers. Our design/build approach has been developed from the experiences of performing a multitude of diverse projects over the years. We believe that a team effort between Designers, Contractor and Owner will guarantee a successful outcome for your design/build construction project.

Building Construction

Rand Construction Company has constructed new facilities for a variety of customers. In addition to stand alone projects, Rand has completed many building additions to existing facilities while they were in operation. We are very concerned about our clients' individual needs and have developed a management plan that allows us to construct facilities on time and within project budget, while meeting a high standard of quality.

Renovation of Existing Facilities

Rand Construction Company has numerous repeat customers requesting our construction renovation services. We take pride in performing projects without disturbing the Owner's ongoing operations. Many of the renovation projects include extensive millwork and architectural features.
