This project consisted of the installing an 80' set-back security perimeter. The perimeter was compiled of 8-12 ton boulders, and a cable beam barrier manufactured by B&Armor. At the emergency fire entrances, manual bollards were positioned for access by fire trucks. |

The project scope consisted of the installation of a 750 kW backup emergency generator and its associated switchgear for a call center that operates 7 days a week. Due to city codes, the generator required an enclosure. The enclosure at just 15'- 4" in height, was constructed of split face block anchored to a cast-in-place concrete stem wall and spread footing. |

The project scope was the conversion of HVAC and exhaust equipment associated with a confidential process room that operates 7 x 24. For the HVAC conversion, two existing 60 ton roof top units were replaced with a York 150 ton air cooled chiller and make up air handler designed for the supply of 100% outside air. |

The project consisted of constructing a new 2,000 ton, four cell, stand alone, reinforced concrete structural cooling tower with Marley cooling tower components. The Marley components consisted of the pumps, fans, fill and spray system. |
